CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
PRICES ALL INCLUDED
All prices are weekly in Euro, per apartment / villa for the number of persons indicated. They include agency right, VAT, electricity, water, gas, agency service. Extra to pay is the contract's charges € 41,00 VAT included.
For shorter renting periods the prices are individually calculated.
Final cleaning is not included in the prices. On request, we can offer, through a local organisation cleaning, bed linen and cots.
If you like there is the possibility to buy the weekly beach tickets at your arrival in our office:
Zone "BM" - Bibione Mare: € 25,00 from 01.05 to 18.05 and from 08.09 to 23.09
€ 53,00 from 19.05 to 01.06 and from 01.09 to 07.09
€ 60,00 from 02.06 to 31.08
Weekly beach ticket (from saturday to friday included), it includes 1 sunombrella, 1 sun bed, 1 deckchair; starting from the 4 th row. The 1 st, 2 nd, 3th row we’ll rent and pay directly to the beach office.
Zone "BS" - Bibione Spiaggia: € 22,00 from 12.05 to 18.05 and from 08.09 to 16.09
€ 41,00 from 19.05 to 08.06 and from 01.09 to 07.09
€ 55,00 from 09.06 to 31.08
Weekly beach ticket (from saturday to friday included), it includes 1 sunombrella, 1 sun bed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4. th row. For the 1 st, 2 nd, 3 th row we’ll rent and pay directly to the beach office an extra charge.
With the payment of the deposit are accepted by the customer the "general renting condition and important rules" of the catalogue.
The eventual tourist tax is not included in the price -currently is not to be applied.
